Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our climbing centres cater to all levels of fitness and strength. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned climber, our rope routes and bouldering problems offer a range of challenges suitable for everyone. As your climbing progresses, you will feel yourself getting stronger and will be able to push yourself further and take on tougher challenges.
  • Booking is recommended for new climbers. We have a range of courses and classes suited for beginner climbers, from one-off Taster sessions to progressive courses.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we will require you to pass a competency test at reception to prove that you are safe to climb without an instructor. New climbers can start bouldering without an instructor, provided they are able to demonstrate that they understand the safety practices outlined in this video.
  • We can provide all the necessary climbing equipment, including shoes, harnesses, and belay devices, as an add-on to your entry fee. However, if you prefer to use your own equipment, you’re welcome to bring it. Equipment hire is included in the cost of any courses or classes and is included in the price of becoming a monthly member. (More on that below.)
  • Yes, competent climbers are welcome to supervise their children or friends while they climb. However, we also offer supervised sessions and clubs led by our trained instructors, which can provide a structured and engaging experience for new climbers. If you would like to supervise a new climber, you will need to be aware of our supervisor policy and complete a supervisor form for each child or person under your supervision.
  • Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of activity and duration of your visit. We offer single-entry passes, multi-visit passes, memberships, and discounts for students, families, and groups. Additional services, such as coaching sessions or gear purchases, may incur extra charges.
