As you know, we are now part of The Font Climbing and with that some changes are taking place!

Since the 7th April, we are now operating on a new check-in and booking system, CLAVA. While this is a big change we are trying everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Clava will allow you to access your profile, buy entries or memberships online and get your self scan QR code. All you need to do is set up your account and fill out our new waivers.

What do you need to know?

If you have visited us since October 2025, your account would have been transferred over to Clava.

In that case, head to https://parthianclimbing.com/sign-up/ , press “Login” and then “forgot password” and enter the email address that we had on our records for you. Reset your password and use your new password to log in to your account.

You will get prompted to add an emergency contact and fill out our new waivers. Once those are filled out, you are good to go and we will be able to check you in as normal.

If you are new our centres or have not been in a while, sign up on https://parthianclimbing.com/sign-up/ and once your account is created our staff on reception will be able to competency check you and check you in.

 

Clava makes managing your information, bookings and entry super easy!

  • Just log into your account and update your information if needed.
  • Store your card information in the wallet for your membership but also to pay for a coffee or a pizza without needing your card at the centre.
  • Download your personal barcode onto your phone to make your check in even easier!
  • Buy your day entry online before your session to save time during check in or set up, change or cancel your membership or punch passes.

 

Supervising your own children?

Add them as a family member under the “Family” tab and fill out the supervisor waivers under “Waivers & Documents”.

Supervising someone else’s children or an adult?

Make sure they have a Clava account and let our receptionists know so we can add them to your connections.
