Our recent Arc’teryx event at Parthian Wandsworth was a true celebration of climbing prowess. The day was packed with exciting activities, including partner’s bloc challenges, dry-tooling sessions, and an electrifying boulder comp final.
The partner’s bloc provided climbers with a variety of challenging routes to test their skills. From technical slab sections to dynamic overhangs, participants faced a diverse array of challenges that kept them engaged and motivated throughout the day. The speed at which some competitors blasted through the bloc was awesome and terrifying!
For those looking for something different, our dry-tooling station offered a unique opportunity to try their hand at this specialized form of climbing. With wooden axes at the ready, climbers tackled intricate “ice” formations with focus and determination.
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the boulder comp final. Competitors showcased their strength, technique, and creativity as they navigated through a series of challenging boulder problems. The energy and excitement were palpable as climbers pushed themselves to their limits in pursuit of victory.
