Bookings for our next batch of NICAS Courses will go live on our website on Wednesday 22ND May.
For Manchester, these will be for the batch of sessions starting in June but, for all other centres, they will be for the term beginning in September.
NICAS (National Indoor Climbing Award Schemes) offers a structured and progressive pathway for climbers of all ages, from 7 to 18 years old, to develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment. The program is designed to cater to climbers of varying abilities, ensuring that beginners and experienced climbers alike can benefit from the curriculum.
The NICAS program offers a comprehensive framework that covers a wide range of climbing disciplines, including bouldering, top roping, and lead climbing. This ensures that participants gain proficiency in all aspects of indoor climbing, preparing them for outdoor climbing and. potentially, a place in our competition squad.
As climbers advance through the levels of NICAS, they not only improve their technical skills but also build confidence and resilience. It’s a great way to have fun, get fit and make friends!
