Parthian Southampton Winter Boulder League 2024
Get ready for an exciting season of bouldering with the Winter Boulder League (WBL) at Parthian Southampton! This event consists of four qualification rounds, followed by a final, offering plenty of opportunities to test your skills.
Each qualification round will feature 20 boulder problems, and competitors will have 4 hours to attempt them and submit their scores.
Dates:
– Round 1: Tuesday, 15th October (17:30 – 21:30)
– Round 2: Tuesday, 26th November (17:30 – 21:30)
– Round 3: Tuesday, 14th January (17:30 – 21:30)
– Round 4 & Final: Saturday, 15th February
The isolation finals will be held for the two age categories with the most participants from the first three rounds. To qualify for a podium position or participate in the finals, you must compete in Round 4.
There are Male and Female categories for the following age groups:
– Under 13* (1 week participation period allowed)
– 13 to 17
– 18 to 39
– Masters 40+
Parthian Southampton Elevate Competition 2024
Elevate your climbing skills in our roped climbing competition! Elevate consists of four qualification rounds with a mix of top rope and lead climbs, followed by a final round.
Each round features 8 routes—4 top rope and 4 lead. Rounds 1 to 3 give participants two weeks to attempt the routes, with the final round taking place on Sunday, 2nd March before the isolation finals.
Dates:
– Round 1: 6th November – 20th November
– Round 2: 18th December – 1st January
– Round 3: 29th January – 12th February
– Round 4 & Final: Sunday, 16th February
Similar to the WBL, isolation finals will be hosted for the two age categories with the most competitors. To secure a podium spot or enter the finals, competitors must compete in Round 4.

– 14 to 17
– 18 to 39
– Masters 40+
