Coming to Parthian Reading, Saturday 31st October. We’re bringing something new to Reading with the launch of the Reading Lead Open 2026, a brand new lead climbing competition built for climbers of every ability. Whether you’re taking on your first-ever comp or chasing a place in the finals, qualifying routes are spread across the whole centre so everyone gets a fair shot at the buzz of competition.
The top climbers then go head-to-head in a live final on our dedicated competition wall, with separate Male and Female finals turning the day into a proper spectator event for friends, family and fellow climbers.
